Mrs. Masculino serves as the proud Principal of Billy Baines Middle School. Prior to Baines, she served as an Assistant Principal, then Associate Principal and Campus Behavior Coordinator at Ridge Point High School for the past eight years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Teacher Leadership from Lamar University. She has been a FBISD educator and campus leader for almost 20 years, beginning with her tenure at Dulles High School as a Science teacher.
