FBISD's Only Middle School Academy: The GTA

  • Students must apply to attend the Gifted & Talented Academy at Quail Valley Middle School.
  • The application is open to 5th graders each year from the 1st day of February through the last day of February. 
  • All GT-identified 5th graders in FBISD are encouraged to apply.
  • Gifted and talented 5th graders attending school outside of FBISD can also apply (if their home residence is zoned to an FBISD campus).
  • If accepted into the GTA, bus transportation is provided by FBISD.
