Tax statements for 2025 are now available for parents. If there was more than one payer on the account, the report will be multiple pages. The Tax Statement report includes payments received up to and including December 31, 2025. 

For the months of January 2024 through December 2024, you can download your tax statements from your Eleyo account:

1. Log into Eleyo
2. Choose your child's name and program under "Your Accounts"
3. On the left, under select "Download Tax Information" under Account Management
4. The Tax Statement screen is displayed; select the statement of the year you would like to view
5. The pdf is downloaded to your computer

Note: If you have multiple accounts, you must complete these steps for each account.
