One of the many things FBISD guidance counselors teach is the Core Essentials Curriulum.  Each month, students will participate in a guidance lesson pertaining to the word of the month.  These core essentials are also tied to FBISD's Profile of a Graduate.  

For the 2020-2021 school year, students will learn about the following character traits:

Novemeber - Gratitude

December - Gererosity

January - Responsibility

February - Kindness

March - Patience

April - Peace

May - Contentment
