My name is Kimberly Joiner, and I am honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at First Colony Middle School. I bring over a decade of experience in education, having worked as an ARD Facilitator, Special Education Department Chair, and Resource Math Teacher.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston—Downtown. I am passionate about building strong relationships with students, staff, and families, supporting teacher growth, and ensuring every student has access to high-quality instruction in an inclusive and supportive environment.

I look forward to partnering with our school community to help all students succeed.
