FORT BEND ISD (October 27, 2025) – Fort Bend ISD’s Child Nutrition Department is excited to celebrate School Lunch Week, October 27–31, with the theme “Taste the World: Your School Lunch Passport!”

The week encourages students to explore global flavors while recognizing the importance of nutritious school meals.

Elementary students will embark on a culinary journey across continents, tasting dishes inspired by different countries each day.

Secondary students will enjoy a special treat — the winning manager’s pizza recipe, featuring bold, fresh toppings from around the world.

Throughout the week, the District will also recognize the dedicated Child Nutrition staff whose hard work ensures students enjoy healthy, delicious meals.
