FORT BEND ISD (October 3, 2025) – More than 200 Fort Bend ISD fine arts students showcased their talents for college recruiters from across the country this past week.
Students from disciplines including acting, band, choir, orchestra, musical theatre and technical theatre each presented a four-minute performance and participated in interviews with more than 30 college representatives during the Greater Houston Collegiate Showcase.
“Events like the Greater Houston Collegiate Showcase gives our students a platform to shine and take real steps toward realizing their dreams,” FBISD Fine Arts Director Jim Drew said. “We are proud of the passion and preparation they brought to every performance."
