FBISD announces campus leadership assignments for 2025–26 school year

Fort Bend ISD (May 22, 2025) - Fort Bend ISD announces new campus principal assignments for the 2025–26 school year.

These leaders bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to student success.

Principal of Ridge Point High School – Dr. Danielle Jackson
Dr. Jackson has been with FBISD for seven years, serving the last four as principal of Kempner High School. She is a recognized leader, earning honors such as the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals Diversity Leadership Award.

Principal of Kempner High School – Dr. Reginald Brown
Dr. Brown has served in FBISD for 18 years, most recently as principal of Dulles Middle School for the past four years. He was recently named the 2025 FBISD Secondary Principal of the Year and values collaboration and teamwork with all stakeholders.

Principal of Dulles Middle School – Erika Edmond
Edmond has been with FBISD for nine years, serving as principal of Townewest Elementary. A lifetime honorary member of the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers, she is a servant leader who focuses on fostering strong relationships and driving academic achievement.

Principal of Colony Bend Elementary – Amanda Rodgers
Rodgers currently serves as interim principal at Colony Bend Elementary. Before joining FBISD, she held principal and assistant principal roles in HISD. She is known for building strong school communities and engaging meaningfully with all stakeholders.

Principal of Quail Valley Middle School – Jorge Peña
Pena has served as principal of Mission West Elementary for six years and has been with FBISD for a total of eight. Under his leadership, the campus earned a “B” rating on STAAR in both 2022 and 2023. He is committed to educational equity and supporting students at all levels.
