Student Council Organizations

Fort Bend ISD (May 13, 2025) – Student Council organizations at Clements, Kempner and Travis high schools earned the National Council of Excellence Award from the National Association of Student Councils (NASC), placing them among the top councils in the nation.

Councils who received this recognition demonstrated a commitment to service and leadership through initiatives focused on:

-Pride and patriotism

-Drugs, alcohol, safety and health

-Community service

-Energy and environment

All three schools also earned the Texas Association of Student Councils (TASC) Sweepstakes Award, the highest honor a student council can attain in Texas.
