Middle and High School Student Passwords

Parents of middle and high school students,

For the 2019-20 school year, FBISD is launching the MyFortBendISD tool for password safety. The tool will give middle and high school students the ability to set and reset their own passwords from home or school, at any time of day. This school year will mark a change in how student passwords are created, as in the past, passwords have been generated for students and have not changed.

Beginning September 3, students will be prompted to reset their passwords and will be given time to do so during the school day. In addition to setting passwords, students will also set three challenge questions that will be used to recover their passwords. Teachers and school staff will be on hand to assist students with any account issues at this time.

At this time, there is no action needed on your part, and this is simply to inform you that your student’s password will change. Should your student need further help with recovering their password, please contact an administrator at your child’s school. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
