Fort Bend ISD to hold Job Fair tomorrow, July 13 (7/12/2021)
District seeks candidates to support District operations in facility maintenance, child nutrition, transportation and extended learning before/after-school programs
FORT BEND ISD (July 12) – Fort Bend ISD is hosting its annual auxiliary job fair tomorrow, July 13, as the District seeks qualified candidates to support district operations for the 2021-22 school year.
Custodians, maintenance, bus drivers, cafeteria specialists and Extended Learning Group Leaders and Coordinators are all needed for the upcoming school year and play an important role in the District’s efforts to provide an exceptional learning experience for all students.
This year’s auxiliary job fair will consist of two sessions during the afternoon of July 13. Both sessions will take place at Clements High School (4200 Elkins Road, Sugar Land 77479).
2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Child Nutrition and Transportation
Positions include cafeteria specialists, cashiers, bus drivers, bus monitors and mechanics/service people.
5 – 7 p.m.
Extended Learning and Facilities
Positions include Extended Learning group leaders, site coordinators and assistant site coordinators, custodians, plumbers, mechanics, and many more.
Fort Bend ISD offers competitive compensation packages as well as paid training while drivers obtain their CDL license.
The District will continue to practice appropriate social distancing during this in-person event.
