Mrs. Elvia Moeller

My name is Elvia Moeller, and I am very excited to be teaching ESL at Highlands Elementary this school year. This is my 18th year as a Highlands’ Scottie. 

Reading is such a wonderful gift to share with your children, and I consider myself very lucky to spend my time encouraging others to read, read, and read some more!
