Ms. Diana Fountain

Hello Explorers families! I am honored to be a part of Settlers Way Elementary.

This is my 9th year with FBISD and my 5th year at SWE. I got my start in education while working with young children ages 0-3 with disabilities. Before coming to FBISD, I was a business owner in the community and an early childhood educator. I have 3 children of my own. My 2 daughters are graduates of Austin High School. My "baby" boy is a senior at Ridge Point High School. They keep me busy!

I am a graduate of Baylor University. My time there was such a blessing to my life. I earned a degree in Child and Family Studies. Upon graduation I began working in an early childhood intervention program. I earned my teaching certificate through Region IV's alternative certification program. I am certified in the areas of EC-6 general education, EC-12 special education and ESL. I earned my Master's Degree from Lamar University in the area of Special Education.

I am excited to be a part of the FBISD team and look forward to watching your child progress.
