I am very excited about teaching at Travis this year.  This will be my 21st year in education.  Since graduating from Michigan State, I have taught various subjects in elementary school on up through community college, but high school math is where I want to be! 

My husband and I have three boys, two seniors at Foster High School and one son in the Marine Corps.  Having children of my own, especially teenagers, I feel particulary sensitive to the educational and social needs of my students.  I am committed to being the kind of teacher I would want my kids to have.
