I have loved working with children since I was 6 years old helping my mother run her home day care service. I studied Elementary Education at Baylor University and graduated in 2009. After teaching Pre-K in Waco for a year, I moved to Houston and have been teaching at Schiff ever since! I have taught 1st grade and 3rd grade and love both! In 2013, I married an amazing man who works in healthcare. We now have a happy baby boy who has brought so much joy and laughter into our lives. I enjoy traveling the world, exploring the outdoors, interacting with animals (of ALL kinds), playing games, doing anything artistic, and cooking. I love working with students and getting to know them on a personal level. My goal is to enhance student lives academically, emotionally, or in any positive way possible. I have high expectations for my students because I believe they are capable of greatness!
