Hello, my name is Jana Arwe.  I am looking forward to teaching 6th grade math at Thornton this year! I grew up in this area and graduated from Clements High School.  I went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and found my way into the teaching field 5 years later.  As a teacher, I enjoy being actively engaged with the kids each day and finding creative ways to help them learn!  I consider it an honor and a huge responsibility to educate and positively influence children. In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors with my family, online shopping and spending time with friends.
