My name is Jacqueline Barbery. I am honoring teaching first grade and I look forward to watching your child grow and discovering his/her potential to achieve dreams. I am also Fort Bend ISD's 2018 Bilingual Teacher of the Year!

I grew up in Guayaquil, Ecuador and I arrived to the United States at age of 24 years. As a teacher I appreciate the value of a good  education. My eighteen  years of experience have allowed me to work with students who have very diverse learning styles and needs. My aim is that each student in the class can reach his or her fullest potential.

I enjoy working with the uniqueness of each child to guide him or her in their learning experiences. I believe in the value of building positive relationships to instill a sense of self-worth among all students.
