August 1^st Dulles Tryouts Begin!!!!

6:30 am meet in AUX gym

6:30 am – 9am conditioning/skills

9am – 11am lunch break

11am – 1am skills/scrimmaging

• Complete all online paperwork found on District website under athletics
• Physicals MUST be completed before anyone can try out (physical form also on district website under athletics)
• Bring 2 changes of clothes/shoes for track and gym

Tryouts will be Aug 1^st and 2^nd and teams will be completed on the 2^nd
