Welcome to Fort Settlement Middle School.  I am the Physical Education and Health Department Head and the Girls Athletic Coordinator.  I look forward to teaching your child a variety of ways to be physically active and the importance of being active every day.  I have coached volleyball, basketball, soccer and track and field for the Lady Falcons.

I received my BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Coaching Education. I later earned my Masters from the University of South Carolina in Physical Education.  While at UNC-Chapel Hill I competed for the women’s varsity swim team specializing in butterfly and backstroke for the Lady Tar Heels.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family (husband and 2 energetic boys), playing outdoors, read, swim and travel.  My favorite place to go is Vail, Colorado - no matter the season!
