Mrs. Tia Boutte
I am embarking on my 13th year in public education. I have worked in all levels of charter and public schools ranging from a paraprofessional to school counselor to promote student growth. I earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from University of Houston-Downtown and a Masters in Counseling from Texas Southern University. I have several teaching certificates from special services to generalist. I've been married for 13 years and is the proud mother of four children. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. In my current position as resource, co-teach, and inclusive support teacher, I continue my passion is being a public servant that is committed to the District's mission “to inspire and equip students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine”.
