I am a 7th Grade Texas History teacher in Houston, TX. I grew up in a small town near Waco but have lived in the Houston area for 17 years now. I have a 14 year old daughter named Abby who goes to Travis, a 2 year old and a 1 year old! My previous teaching experiences include elementary ELA, U.S. History and World Cultures and Geography. I have been blessed to be teaching for 10 years now. Getting a Masters Degree in Early American History is my next goal in life. I believe that you quit living when you stop learning and I want to share that thirst for knowledge with my students so that they too, can be lifelong learners.
