Mr. Jeff Rodriguez

Hello! My name is Mr. Jeff Rodriguez. It is a pleasure to service the community here at McAuliffe Middle School

I am in my 17th year of teaching Music as a Band Director and this is my 12th year at McAuliffe Middle School. I am a proud product of McAuliffe Middle School (1986-89) and a 1993 Graduate of Willowridge High School. After completing four years with the Willowridge Mighty Eagle Band, I attended Houston Baptist University where I received a Bachelors of Music Education

I have held positions in McAllen ISD and Houston ISD. Currently, I am the Band Director at McAuliffe Middle and have been on the Willowridge Eagle Band Staff.

As a Musician, I continue to perform professionally in the Houston Area with various groups including The Houston Texans Deep Steel Thunder Band and the University of Houston-Downtown Civic Jazz Orchestra. I hold active professional memberships in the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmaster Association, Texas Jazz Educators Association, International Trombone Association and Houston Baptist University Alumni Association.

I live in Fort Bend with my wife Marina and three wonderful children.
