Mrs. Kimberly D. Bradshaw

Hello!  My name is Kim Bradshaw, and I’m thrilled to be working at James Reese Career and Technical Center this year teaching English III and AP English III!  I am a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Education (English and Spanish).  I also hold a Master’s degree in English from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.  I have been teaching for 28 years.  Teaching everything from grade 6 through 12 plus a few college classes at HCC, my career has been diverse to say the least.  I have to admit, teaching junior English is my absolute favorite class to teach!  So, I look forward to a wonderful year with my upcoming junior classes.

Shopping, reading, playing with my four dogs, and going to the beach are my favorite things to do!  All of these things allow me to rest, relax and have fun.  I am an animal lover in general, and I suppose my “dream house” would be a big country home with dogs everywhere!!!

The coming school year will pose many challenges, but together, we can achieve greatness!  I am certain that we will have a fruitful year if we all work as a team to ensure success.  Remember to take the best life has to offer as “life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.”
