I became a Panther in 2013 teaching Algebra I.  Prior to joining Ridge Point High School, I worked a number of years in Alief ISD on both the middle and high school levels.  Even though I retired in May 2021, I was asked to come back.  I am excited to be here and to help your student fill those gaps that they gathered over the last few years.

I ask that you purchase school supplies for your student.  Here is what I model in my classroom to help students with organization.

    - 2 composition books (one for each semester)

    - pencils for practice work

    - colored pens (I use these for notes, but they are not required)

    - tape (I usually tape papers in my book)

    I will also expect students to bring the planner we provide to them each day to class.  We will be working with all freshmen on how to get and stay organized.

 I will be updating information on Schoology constantly.  Make sure you gain parent access to that for all of the latest information and calendar.
