I believe in having a positive culture in an athletic program is very key and our acronym for building that culture is P.G.T.F- Process, Grind, Trust, and Family.  I have been blessed to experience many great ways to develop culture and I believe in preparing our students for the future by teaching them life lessons through athletics and if applicable prepare students for more collegiate opportunities, also by improving the academics and school spirit and support in the community every sport year after year.

This positive culture will require a village to raise great men and women to this our entire community needs to be ALL IN to be able to our young impact lives!  ALL IN! Go Dawgs!
