Dr. Yemane Desta

I am Dr. Yemane W. Desta, a Math teacher at Travis High School. I have been teaching in high schools & in colleges for more than 23 years. I have been teaching at Travis high school since August 2008. Currently, i.e., in 2024-2025, I am teaching College Prep Math class. I strongly believe that helping others to be successful in life is the highest public good one can do to others. That is why I am in the teaching profession.
