I am a Fort Bend County native and proud Sam Houston State alumnus with 15 years of teaching experience with the Hightower Hurricane family.
Highlights of my educational experience include a paid internship working for the Texas State Comptroller's Office and being chosen as a 2011 James Madison Fellowship recipient. This fellowship included studying at Georgetown University as part of my masters studies. 

I am a firm believer in bringing Government and Economics to life. 
It is my intent and goal to equip my students to be political active and financially literate citizens.
