I believe that my instructional abilities, combined with my strong interpersonal and technology skills as well as my work ethics would greatly benefit our educational program. I believe that Career Technology pathway is the key to success for young students. As an educator leader, I hope to motivate teachers to ascertain their inner strengths and abilities and discover what truly inspires them to educate. I aim to provide a positive culture that can be proactive and guide our students to create their pathways through resources that are available throughout the district or community.

In August 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operation Management and Marketing. In 2011, I received a Master’s degree in Education Administration at Lamar University. While working at the Summit in PasadenaISD, I had the opportunity of helping teachers incorporate technology in their classroom, building a cross-curriculum lesson and lead project-based assignment. Once, I was invited to present at a national conference in Atlanta Georgia called the “High School That Work” about a cross-curriculum project that interlinked Science and Career Technology.

I have focused my studies on Career Technology and Education. I believe this is my calling to help future generations develop their career path and be able to understand their strength and weaknesses.
