I began my teaching career at Westfiled High School in Spring ISD. I am now in my third year at Fortbend ISD. I am a husband to a loving ands supportive wife. We have 1 child- Theodoire Harrison King, whom is curently 2 years old!
My collegiate and post-graduate story is as follows: I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health, Exercise and Sport Science with a strong focus in Sports Medicine, and Pre-Medical studies at Texas Tech University. Additionally, I earned two minors in biology and chemistry in my time at TTU. Furthermore, I passed my state licensure exam for Athletic Training, but not before I was nationally chosen to work with the Carolina Panthers as an Athletic Training intern. I graduated from TTU in 2011.
In 2011, I moved back to Houston and began working as an Athletic Trainer. I began working at the Houston Methodist Hospital and Rice University for 3 years. I currently still work part time with the Houston Methodist Hospital as an Athletic Trainer in the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine department. While at Rice University, I earned my Masters Degree in Health Education with a focus on community health from the University of Houston. I am currently working on my second master's degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Houston Clear-Lake. I will graduate with this degree in Decemeber of 2018!
