The National Junior Honor Society is doing some great things this year! We are finding new ways to help our community by volunteering our time!

Our members are reaching out to the teachers to help lighten their load any way possible! 

Meeting: every third Tuesday  from 4:15 - 5:15 pm.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates eligible for selection to this chapter will be selected in the second semester of the seventh grade based on Semester 1 grades.
2. To be eligible for selection to membership in this chapter, the candidate must be enrolled for a period equivalent to one semester at Macario Garcia Middle School.

Candidates eligible for election to the chapter shall have a minimum cumulative grade of 85 for the first and second semesters of sixth grade and the first semester of seventh grade. Upon meeting the grade level, enrollment, and GPA standards, candidates shall then be considered based on their service, leadership, character, and citizenship.
