Coach Baxter is a Special Education teacher, Football and Softball coach at Dulles HS. He earned his BA in Criminology from the University of New Mexico. He has a Master of Educational Leadership and is a Registered Athletic Administrator. 

Coach Baxter was a member of the Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals. His playing experience and growth mindset have allowed him to help students realize their potential in the classroom and on the field.
