Brina Eackles

Hi Fireflies!!

My name is Mrs. Eackles, and I am the Project READ and resource teacher at Alyssa Ferguson Elementary. This is my 7th year in education with my prior experience being in first grade. I graduated from University of Houston, where I received my Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. I also received my Masters in Teacher Leadership with a concentration in ESL through Lamar University.  My certifications are in general education, special education, and Esl, in addition to being trained in Project Read. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3-year-old son JJ. I enjoy exercising, reading, and discovering new restaurants. I look forward to a great year. GO FIREFLIES!
