Hello Maverick family,

Being part of the Crockett family is truly a gift!

I am very glad that you are here! My name is Javier Cervantes and I have the pleasure of serving as your child’s theater teacher. The theatrical journey awaits us, and it is very exciting to embark!

A couple of things about me:

I was born and raised in a small town in Mexico. I immigrated to the country at the age of 10!

I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with my bachelor’s degree.

On my free time, I love to read, crochet, workout, or visit a bookstore!  I also enjoy improv, stand-up comedy, and seeing musicals.

I know that every child has amazing potential to achieve amazing things! The development of positive academic outcomes with the inclusion of professional skills showcases essential qualities that reverberate beyond the classroom.

I am looking forward to working with you through the school year!
