Welcome to Music with Mrs. Willis! I am so excited to be a part of the Schiff family and engage in music making with your child this year. Before coming to Schiff Elementary, I worked in Deer Park for five years as a K-5 Elementary Music Teacher. I am orginally from Lubbock and attended Texas Tech University where I obtained my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Music Education. I am married to my husband, Lee, who is the Percussion Director as Stephen F. Austin High School in Fort Bend ISD. We love to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time outdoors with our two dogs, Harley and Remo. 

I believe music education is a key aspect in developing the whole child, and I can't wait to assist in cultivating a love of music for your child!
