Welcome to the Travis Dance Department! Over the summer I got married and in the process of changing my name to  Mrs. Skokan! This is my second year as a dance teacher at Travis High School and Bowie Middle School, as well as the assistant director of the Travis Belles! I am a 2023 graduate with my B.S.in Kinesiology: Dance Science from Texas A&M University! I began dancing competitively and in ballet at the young age of 2 and joined my high school dance team where I held leadership, sparking my passion for teaching dance! In college, I was an instructor at a local studio, performed in many faculty and student work, conducted research and choreographed my own work. I am passionate about dance and am excited to help the students of Travis find their passion as well!
