Hello Leopards! My name is Serina Rincon and I will be teaching 4th grade Math/Science for the 2022-2023 school year. I am starting my 23rd year in education.  I have taught 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I earned my bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies in May 2000 from the University of Houston-Downtown. I am one of six daughters, I have two brothers and my parents have been married 69 years. I have a son, Aaron who is married to my daughter in law Mary and they have two children Preston and Ariah. My daughter Lexis is married to my son in law Chris and they have one child, Carter. My youngest is my daughter Kamryn who is a junior at Texas A&M this year. I love my time with my kids and grandkids, time with my siblings and parents and I also love watching football.  My favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys! My favorite places to be when I'm not at Malala are the beach and my home! I'm looking forward to building relationships with each of you and all my students.
