My name is Mrs. Claire Maman Djibo and it is with great  JOY I get to welcome you and your student for this exciting school year! The drama room is a place where all students will be accepted and respected.  In theatre we encourage individuality!  Over the course of this term the drama students will learn about the world of theatre, technical theatre, musical theatre, audition techniques and prep, theatre history and participate in many performance pieces within the classroom including monologues, duet scenes, and group scenes.  I believe drama is a great way to learn about yourself, work as a group in a supportive environment, and ultimately feel comfortable in your own skin. I taught in Alief ISD for 3 years and am excited to bring my experience and passion for theatre to Quail Valley Middle School.
