Welcome to 1st Grade!

This will be my first year at CME and I am so happy to be here!  My husband and I are FBISD graduates and my children have all attended school in Fort Bend as well.  I'm thrilled to be teaching in our community!

I have taught for 11 years and spent 5 years working in Children's Ministry.  Children have been my focus since graduating from college and early childhood is my joy.  It is their school foundation and I enjoy nurturing a love for learning that they can take with them through their school years.  I am passionate about creating a classroom environment and community where each student can thrive and flourish.  

My husband and I have been married for 25 years.  We have 3 kids - our oldest just graduated from UH, our middle is a college sophomore, and our youngest is a junior in high school.  We have two boxers that are the babies of our family.  

I'm so excited about this year in 1st grade with your children - we're going to have a great year!
