Welcome to ASE Physical Education!

My passion is to motivate and inspire students to be physically active in the hopes that they will lead a healthy lifestyle. More importantly, I teach students how to play an activity that not only engages their minds but their bodies as well. Students also learn how to treat others with thoughtfulness, respect, and fairness to understand that competition doesn't have to be negative; it can create a good leader. My goal is to provide every student with a welcoming and fun environment where they can build social skills, develop leadership characteristics, increase self-efficacy, and exceed expectations.

I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science degree and am certified in Physical Education Early Childhood-12.

When I am not teaching Physical Education, I enjoy spending time exercising, hiking, fishing, and travelling. I also enjoy reading a good book, gardening, and watching movies.

I am super excited to be a part of the Dalmatian family.
