I am excited to be a part of the Viking family and serve as the Math Specialist at Lakeview Elementary.  I am a veteran educator with all of my experience at Fort Bend ISD.  I firmly believe that educating students is my highest honor.  My career in education began at Mission Bend Elementary as a classroom teacher.   After teaching for 14 years, I stepped into leadership by serving as a math specialist.  This role allows me the opportunity to exemplify my commitment to students, parents and stakeholders.  I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that every student that walks into Lakeview Elementary feels valued, is challenged and truly believes that nothing is out of their reach. 

I am a native Texan and a proud Army Brat.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) and my post-graduate degree from Concordia University, Texas.  I am blessed to be a wife and the mother of an amazing son! I love spending quality time with my family and friends.
