I graduated from Western Michigan University with my Masters of Science in Geoscience. I spent 7 years working for the State of Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Delelopment. I loved working as a government field scientist, but life brought my family to Houston. 

Once in Houston I began working in a nearby district teaching multiple science courses. I spent 4 years teaching in the Houston area before coming to Dulles in Fort Bend ISD. Im very excited to be part of the Dulles Science team, and will work hard to help the students meet their academic goals.

When Im not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 kids along with our naughty Hurricane Harvey rescue cat Stormy. I am a volunteer basketball coach for the YMCA, Katy Youth Basketball, and an area AAU team. I also help a nearby school as an assistant Science Olympiad Coach
