Welcome to my website.   I teach US History. Tutorials will be held before and after school on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Other times are available by appointment.

The US History class spans the time periods from the 1880's to the present.  This class is required for graduation and has an End of Course exam that must be passed in order to graduate.  The first semester will cover the Gilded Age to the End of World War II.  The second semester spans from the Cold War to approximately 2016.

I grew up in Houston and graduated from Jesse Jones High School.  My undergraduate degree in History is from Texas Lutheran University.  My graduate degree in Curriculum and Instruction is from the University of Houston.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, traveling and photography.
