Hello y'all!! My name is Jessica Renee Guevara, I am Deaf - American Sign Language and English are my native languages. I live in Sugar Land/Missouri City, TX and I grew up in Fort Bend ISD. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorder, I have a master's degree in Special Education - Deaf / Hard of Hearing, and I am currently a doctoral student at Lamar University working on my Ed.D in Deaf Studies Deaf Education.
I will be teaching American Sign Language 1, 2, & 3 at Ridge Point this year. My goal is to teach you about Deaf Culture, Deaf History, and how to communicate in American Sign Language. It is my 3rd year working in Fort Bend ISD, I used to work with elementary age Deaf children for 2 years. This is my first year working with high school students, I am excited!

1 two-pocket POLY (plastic) folder
Pencils, Blue Pens, Highlighter, Eraser
