Janell Kelly, MPA. is in her 7th year in Education and her 1st year at Clements High School. She is extremely excited about joining the Ranger Family as well as teaching and growing along with each of her students.  She has a background in tutoring and substitute teaching, which led her to pursue a full-time career in Education. While experienced in teaching at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, Ms. Kelly is most passionate about reaching high school students and grooming them to be model citizens-preparing them for the world beyond graduation. Her education includes a BA in Public Administration and Political Science (double major) as well as a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

Ms. Kelly's teaching philosophies include: "Students learn best when they feel comfortable and safe," "All people are life-long learners, even educators," and "The students of today are the leaders of tomorrow."

Interests:

She enjoys spending time with family, reading, watching action movies (MARVEL FAN), traveling, hosting service events, and working in Real Estate.

Her family includes her son Logan (7). Logan is beginning his second grade year at FBISD.
