Hello! My name is Karen Souza. I am excited to begin my fourth year as an Orthon Gillingham Dyslexia Interventionist and Resource teacher at Arizona Fleming Elementary. This will be my 8th year at Fort Bend ISD. l am completely aligned with the District’s mission “to inspire and equip all students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine”. My goal is for my students to develop a lifelong love for learning and reach their highest potential. 

My husband Ryan and I have been married for 20 years and are proud parents of 2 beautiful girls. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, playing word games, biking and listening to music. I am looking forward to a successful 2022-23 school year.
