Welcome to 11th grade! I am Coach Guidry, your English teacher. This will be my 5th year in teaching, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach English III! I am also Assistant Coach for Girls Track and Field.

I grew up as a Marine Corps Brat, went to Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, TX, and graduated from Louisiana State University. GEAUX TIGERS! Before becoming a high school teacher, I taught 6th grade World Cultures & 7th and 8th Grade ELA. I have a younger brother, who is now in the Marine Corps. I have a dog named Saige that I rescued in December of 2019. When I get the opportunity, I enjoy travelling, learning about different cultures, and visiting my family in Louisiana. 

I am the Co-founder and Vice President of Furry Friends Animal Aid. We are a 501(c)(3) and we do everything we can to save homeless animals and get them adopted into loving homes.
