Hola, my name is Beth Gullikson. Although born in Sugar Land, TX, I grew up as a missionary kid in Guatemala and Honduras, Central America. I earned my BA in Psychology (with a double major in Spanish) from Houston Baptist University and later earned my Master's degree in Education from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. I have taught Spanish at the high school level for 6 years and enjoy it so much. Its more than just a language I get to share, its culture, people, traditions, music, food... I could go on and on. I enjoy making learning Spanish fun for my students. I think I have a unique perspective to share with them and it truly excites me to work with them on obtaining the valuable skill of becoming bilingual!
