"Our life is shaped by our mind, for we become what we think." - Buddha
Hello! My name is Ms. Felicia Mask. This is my sixteenth year as an educator and my first year at Sullivan Elementary School. I grew up in Fort Bend County and graduated from John Foster Dulles High School. I am the mother of twin daughters who are turning 16 years old in October. I enjoy yoga, reading for personal growth, bike riding, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
My Education and Professional Background
I received my Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, Main Campus, my Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, and Teaching Certification through the University of St. Thomas. Outside of my educational career, I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and anger management.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that all children are gifted and possess the potential to accomplish great things. I am grateful for the privilege to facilitate their learning and support their academic success. My goal every day is to foster a safe, compassionate, and equitable learning environment where students can have the opportunity to experience success and growth.
