Hi there! My name is Desiree Robolt and I am the ECHS AVID II/AVID I teacher at Thurgood Marshall HS. As a Marshall HS Alumni and former AVID student, I am so excited to be working at the very place that made me who I am today! I have a personal stake in wanting to see our students succeed beyond their imagination, and it is my belief that every student deserves the opportunity to make their dreams come true. That is why I became a teacher...to encourage, inspire, and motivate.
After graduating from Marshall HS in 2009, I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and obtained my B.A. in Psychology. Currently, I am in the Counseling Development Graduate program at Lamar University. I have taught for a total of 4.5 years and this is my 2nd year teaching at Marshall.
