My name is Dr Jimena (Jimmie) Lopez and I joined the Ridge Point family in 2018.  I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at Florida International University and my Ph.D. in Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of California, Irvine.  I spent much of my time since graduation as a working scientist where the world was my laboratory. (There is air to be studied all over the globe!)  When opportunity and time arose, I would teach chemistry.  I transitioned to full time teaching several years ago while living in New Jersey.
